Residential Design

This project was purely for fun. I just wanted to add more to my portfolio and decided I wanted to add another residential project. My home was based off the American Foursquare and emerging trends in residential home design. The demand for open floor plan homes are on the rise as more and more families decide there is no longer a need for a formal living and dining room. The value spending more time with family and entertaining. Once walls and corridors are removed homes also seem larger.
